Rolltop PARIS
Lucas Cranach the Elder (1472 - 1553) was a German renaissance painter. He worked as a printer and engraver - which influenced his creations. They are dominated by sharp contours, bright colours, and not too perfect sketches of human figures. His work is dominated by portraits (painted on request) and biblical scenes.
